These five ways will help your body to stop Vitiligo spreading.

What you can do:
A. Loosen your socks which leave a ring on your ankles.
B. Loosen your belt if it leaves a mark as that’s too tight.
C. Switch to soft scrubbers in the shower.
D. Say no to tattoos.
E. For ladies please loosen up your strips and wearable elastics. Your skin needs gentleness.
2. Increase Melanin production: Help the melanocytes(pigment cells) which are "under attack" from stressful condition (oxidative stress). You need to eat such things which can nourish them.
A. Eat the Nature’s supply: Beetroot and Carrot are source of antioxidants which protect the cells. Having them daily will help in Melanin re-pigmentation.
B. Copper Water: Referred as old grandmother’s remedy —drinking water stored in a copper glass (Tamra Jal) can help increase melanin production.

D. Plenty of sleep or simple 8 hours of sleep can help a lot.
